- High-contrast images trace best — dark logos on white backgrounds are ideal
- Use Threshold to control how much of the image becomes black vs white — slide it both ways to find the cleanest split
- Increase the Noise Filter to remove small speckles and stray pixels
- Lower Detail produces smoother curves with fewer points — better for cut vinyl
- Always click "Preview Full Size" before downloading — the small preview can hide artifacts that show up at print size
- Simple logos and text convert much better than photographs
